Constructability review is essential to identify drawing discrepancies and detect constructability issues at the pre-construction stage. At Idigho expert BIM team generates a series of RFI’s to complete constructability review. Constructability review becomes more crucial for inappropriate documents, conflicting data and input inconsistencies.

We work on BIM models based on RFI response. We document the status of all RFIs in a log and follow clients up to resolve mentioned issues during the preconstruction stage. It doesn’t let work stoppage happen and reduce the chances of rework and wastage of material, cost overrun before the actual construction process starts.

The purpose of the constructability review is to review all construction phases from start to end during the early design phase. The constructability assessment recognizes and solves different types of issues before the construction process begins and helps to reduce errors and delays.
